Summary

Have directed, managed, designed and implemented Information Systems by specializing in Project Management for various groups throughout the world. Have been researching and implementing Information Systems technologies (including Next Generation Internet, Internet2) for over 15 years with businesses & higher education institutes. Have accomplished this by working with governmental groups, (i.e. Dept. of Commerce, National Laboratories, Tribal Nations), educational systems, (elementary, middle and high schools, & Higher Education institutes) and businesses (for-profit & non-profits) by directing Marketing & Technology teams to create business & research opportunities and leading business areas into challenging marketing areas through utilization of state-of-the-art Internet Technologies. Have brought infrastructure developments, hardware/software upgrades, and network implementation IT projects from conception to completion by evaluating project feasibility; developing, implementing, and controlling project plans; supporting IT operations; and managing project staff. Have been utilizing Project Management in my endeavors for over 15 years, including utilizing web-based project management for clients' nationwide.   • Have aligned IT goals with business processes, prioritized new business & technology investments, advocated utilization of technological innovation to achieve business goals by showing the business units how technology can compliment their current processes, as well as training the employees in the use of the technology, for groups throughout the world.
  • Have fully developed and managed business & technology plans which have included 200+ Tribal Nations, 135 schools, 69 businesses & 19 non-profits utilizing online (web) project management techniques.
  • Have managed multiple million-dollar projects to complete business objectives. Have managed large IT budgets, operating/expense budgets and large capital/project budgets. Have managed staff as large as 20 to 50 at multiple locations including International.
  • Used 'fast-track business development methods' to develop the business & technology plans with 4 different small technology startups to generate $50K - $250K in contracts the first year of opening.
  • Designed, coordinated and implemented International, National, & Regional networks and accompanying programs to identify resources, technology, and funding for underdeveloped communities utilizing Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and managed with project management techniques.
  • Designed, implemented, & maintained over 75 business eCommerce websites, 27 Tribal government websites, 12 nonprofit websites and over 35 school websites.
