Notes:

This conference is to explore the options available to start conducting Distance Education from the AIHEC Tribal Colleges.
Journey Into Cyberspace. What does that mean?
My journey into Cyberspace started while I was very young, continues today, and will be with me throughout my life. The journey we are about to take will make us remember the past, live the present, and envision the future.
Journey Into Cyberspace. When did all of you first experience it? I think my first experience of cyberspace was the first time I was put on hold on the phone! I wasn't where I was phoning from and I wasn't where I was trying to go. I was in limbo, in cyberspace. What about you parents? Their first experience may have been with the US mail. Their letter wasn't where they wrote it, it wasn't where it was going, and even the postal workers couldn't tell you where it was. they just knew it was!
Let's define some of these terms.
